Deburred horizontal stabiliser spars, hinge brackets, doublers and elevator hinge brackets and spars. Found one horizontal stabiliser doubler with factory damage, contacted Sling to determine whether it is still usable or requires replacement. Sent all empennage rivets back to Sling for alodining at the factory. I will be using a Stronium Chromate primer (Plascon Epiwash AW255) due to alodine being too hazardous and not available for sale locally. However, I want some corrosion protection on the rivets and primer is going to be too messy, difficult to use and will probably damage the expensive rivet gun since the rivets will need to be pulled when the primer is wet.
