Sanded elevator tips, cleco'd tip skins in place and then match drilled the composite tips to align with the tip skins. Alternated each side (top/bottom) to keep alignment as each hole was drilled.

Fitted elevator control arm and counterweights, torqued bolts to 6.5nm + 1.1nm drag = 7.6nm and applied torque seal. 1x AN3-5A bolt is not correct - too short - have contacted Sling for a replacement. Riveted the remaining control arm holes as required, note the two stainless rivets which are positioned between the AN3 bolts. I'm not too happy with the torque seal, it makes a mess. Perhaps this particular tube is problematic, but getting a nice clean stripe is impossible, the best I can manage is a blob.
