Re-laminating left wingtip trailing edge and deburring fuselage components
After keying (sanding with 100 grit sandpaper), blowing clean with compressed air and rinsing with acetone as per Sling technical support, the left wingtip trailing edge was ready for resin application. Applied slow & cold epoxy laminating resin (AMT LR30) with cotton flocks to make a flox mixture liberally between the two sections and on the exterior. Inspected interior to ensure sufficient flox was present. Applied pressure with two clamps and checked the angles versus the flap profile. All was good. Left to cure.
Deburred various centre and rear fuselage components.
