Primering fuselage components, completing left wing and luggage extension box
Primered various fuselage parts, rib 2 and rear fuselage top skins.
Sanded left wingtip trailing edge to shape - the resin set properly using the recommended mix on a weight basis. Checked the alignment from the wing root through the flap trailing edge, aileron trailing edge and wingtip trailing edge. It is very well aligned.
Transferred the wing to the cradle and aligned the cradle straps, inserted foam (pool noodle lengths) under the leading edge at the straps and on sharp corners. Covered the wing with 100 micron plastic sheet tubing usually used for furniture covering, then secured the ends to keep out bugs and dirt.
