Riveting and rivnut installation for small components on fuselage
Riveted rudder cable box in position.
Installed tail light brackets and doublers on rear longeron.
Installed rivnuts on fuselage lower skin for inspection hatch covers.
Installed reinforcement bracket 13 left and right along with a M5 rivnut in each per the KAI for the rudder spring cable springs.
Riveted shoulder harness attachment brackets left and right to the relevant longerons.
Started assembly of the rear spar assembly. Need to check some rivet details with Sling technical since the instructions for the 3.2mm rivets seem incorrect on the outer edges of the rear spar mounting web support angle and there are holes for 4mm rivets to secure the tall angles to the spar web which are not called out in the KAI.
