Installed rear light fittings and worked on rear fuselage and right wing
Installed rivnuts and riveted doubler in place for rear nave / strobe light on lower fuselage.
Installed some edge protection on the left ribs where the upper longeron passes through them in preparation for avionics wiring. I need to do the same on the lower section and on the right side. This would have been significantly easier if it had been applied prior to the skins being riveted in place - note for future.
Primered the inside of the right wing rib 14, touched up areas of the fuselage and primered replacement stainless steel washers for the wingtip.
Epoxied the washers in place inside the right wingtip.
Tried to fit the rudder cables, but discovered that 2x polypropylene guides (GUI-004) were supplied separately and not assembled on the cables as they should have been. It is impossible to fit them as the cables are supplied as finished articles by the factory. Have emailed the factory to find out what they plan to do about it.
