Heater preparation, re-primering firewall and painting inside front skins
Fitted brackets and pipes to the interior heater unit. Installed M5 rivnuts on the firewall (facing forwards) and the center console forward support bracket to accommodate the heater and applied Loctite 277.
Primered the firewall engine side with stainless-steel compatible primer, then painted the rear with black heat-resistant (up to 650 degrees Celcius) paint.
Painted some areas of the inside front skins which could be visible once the various side covers are installed black. This is only because I don't really want the yellow primer showing through.
