Underside riveting
Completed riveting the underside of the fuselage, there were a few holes which were inaccessible whilst it was up on the construction table.
I noted that the underskin covering the main gear leg was touching the nuts and bolts on the main undercarriage leg. Over time this will wear through the skin, and is not accessible for periodic inspection. Consequently, I created a cutout in the underskin below each nut. This should be covered by fairings, but I'll probably install some blind grommets to cover them.
Installed M5 rivnuts in the front and rear wheel spat brackets.
Removed the fuselage jigs.
Deburred the replacement short torque tube securing brackets and the two brackets which were short supplied for the canopy - ready for primering.
