Installed Evan Brunye fuel manifold on the firewall

Installed inner rear seatbelt webs under the rear seat

Started installation of door latches and covers. Discovered CA-PLT-001-X-F-0 lock stabilizer plates are no longer supplied with the kit. This is a problem, since without them there is way too much free play in the assembly. Technical support says they're unnecessary. I've ordered two of them.

This section of the KAI is confusing, incomplete and inaccurate. I'm really not happy with it at all, and told Technical as much. Worked with them to understand and resolve the issues I was experiencing. Bush part 25 is incorrect for the new style canopy, at 13mm it is too long. I trimmed it to approximately 7.4mm to provide a small amount of play without binding at the rear latch. Fitted one additional rivnut on the middle underside of the latch cover to provide additional security.

Took door locks to locksmith and had them adjust the locks for matching keys.

Bent CA-ROD-002-X-C-0 as per technical (not illustrated as such in the KAI). Finally managed to get the whole latch and cover assembly completed and dry assembled. Need to get the covers painted to match the canopy, then final installed once the outstanding parts are delivered.

Installed the interior door handles in a slightly different place to standard position. I placed the screws through the fiberglass rather than drilling through the door window material per the factory instructions. Still need to fill the outer holes.
