More avionics wiring

Secured the flap motor bolts, torqued to 11.3nm and fitted cotter pins

Secured headset and related cables to the inside of the center console armrest section then fitted it. I decided to rivet the four rear holes rather than using M3 screws and nuts as originally planned since they interfered with the front seatbelt webs. The rest of the armrest is installed with M3 screws and nuts to aid future removal if necessary

Fitted the front seatbelt short webs, torqued appropriately

Fitted GT150 TC2 connectors and reconfigured the TC CPC connector pinout to split the beacon (top of rudder) and nav / strobe light (bottom of fuselage) functionality between the TC2 and TC connectors. The strobe sync has an additional wire routed to the W2 CPC connector, whilst the ground is shared between the TC2 and TC connectors

Fitted wiring on fuse box for EMS ground and backup ground, fabricated battery cables, fitted lan B ground to firewall support channel on pilot's side, fitted various other cables to master contactor and shunt

Fitted intelligent boost system fuel pressure sender to the fuel pipe just after the 90 degree bend on the firewall (this is supply side pressure monitoring). Wired the sender and the Garmin GPT75G main fuel pressure sender (which replaces the UMA differential sender and requires adjustment to the G3X configuration in due course to accommodate this)

Wired both Rotax fuel pumps

Torqued alternator puller carrier bolts to 6nm per Rotax manual

Fitted D-Sub pins to flap motor and repinned the Midwest-supplied CPC connector by removing the pigtails and inserting the flap motor connections directly

Drilled holes for safety wire in alternator tensioning bracket. Cable tied spare v-belt to the alternator bracket out of the way but situation for eay replacement without removing the propeller

Joined strobe sync cables at RH1, they were originally left separated by Midwest as some builders use different brand wingtip versus tail lights

Cut intercooler hoses to size

Fitted BNC connectors to antenna cables
