Rudder complete

Drew the line on the top cap, drilled the holes, everything went great, but I did notice a few gotchas.

With the tip rib moved forward enough inside the top cap to "close out" the front end, and the top cap moved back to the 253mm mark, two things happen:

1) The tip rib is not long enough to reach the two rearmost holes; one barely catches the edge, and the other isn't even close

2) The rear of the top cap starts to dimple the rudder skin from the inside

I see no way to remedy the first issue, the tip rib just isn't long enough. You can choose to slide it further back inside the top cap, but then the front of the top cap underside is "open."

The second issue can be fixed by filing off the rear of the top cap, allowing it to squeeze thinner together and slide backward into position without denting the skin.

Third issue: The tip rib holes in the skin are all A5, except the one hole at the top of the spar. It's already drilled to A4. I can't say that it's a problem, just pointing it out.

At this point the rudder is ready for bubblewrap and storage.
