Horizontal Stabilizer Complete

Everything pretty much lined up. Initially had 1.2* of twist in the hstab. Removed all clecos, added some weight and clamps, got the twist down to 0.119*, pretty happy with that.

Added some color to the tip ribs, VERY happy with that.

The only real gotcha was the stab tips. Totally missed when drilling one side. Not yet sure if I'm going to fiberglass it, or get a new one.
