Breaking a nose rib...

When trying to smooth out the larger lightening hole, I accidently put a crease in the hole that I worked into a crack. Guess

what I get for trying to use some pliers (wrapped in rubber and everything, but I should have known this would happen, great

way to learn). I scrapped that piece, figuring it would be my "Practice all your little ideas here first" one and created some

more. I have 10 cut right now, and two of them shaped. I decided I like the "Bob stick" method best, even though it seemed

like it would be the most difficult. Turns out it's easier than the die method and I can sit in the living room with the kids and

flange lightening holes with it!

Gotcha: Be careful flanging lightening holes. It's easy to crease or misshape the rib and ruin it.
