Rout'in and Organiz'in
Spent the day match routing all my working templates to the master copies. For each part i've made a master copy that will only be used for making working parts. Initially two copies of each master are made as working copies. The working copies will be used to sandwich aluminum blanks for match routing. After all the aluminum blanks have been cut and deburred the working copy lightening holes will be routed out to 45 degrees to use a form blocks in a shop press for flanging the blanks. One working copy will be used to flange left hand ribs and the other will be used for right hand ribs. Since the working copies will be modified over time the master templates are held incase a new working copy ever needs to be made.
After match routing all the templates I spent a little time working to organizers for some of my tooling.
Up next need to order some aluminum for making the ribs.
