Updating the lower hing and rudder stop with the new bracket and stop.

drilled 6 rivets, removed old bracket VS1010 with VS-01010-1

upsized 4 holes to #19 and counter sinked the back side for the 4 bolts, 12 washers, 4 locknuts.

added 2 rivets to the bottom 2 holes no longer used.

replaced aluminum rudder stops with Flyboy accessories: Internal Rudder Stop.(needs trimming to fit) made with HDPE construction that will not fall, rust or wear.
