Tailcone Fairing
Continued work on embennage fairing

Now I'm using an epoxy/flux (similar to bondo) to fill in the gaps for a perfect fit. I was very pleased with the way it turned out after removal and sanding.

The other side match drilled.

After cut now the tricky part starts. Since the fairing is gel coated and not transparent, you use magnets (supplied in kit) to assist with the drilling. Hard to get a precise lined up hole, but once you countersink then there's no problem.

Taped off the initial cut line. This is the starting point after this is cut then you match drill to the skins.
