Dimple and Alodine

All the aluminum parts and rivets are alodined for corrosion protection.  We marked any holes that needed to be dimpled (for flush rivets), dimpled them, and cleaned off the marking.  Then we attached wires to hang the parts on the racks for dipping - first in a cleaner, rinse, alodine and rinse again.  Their system was simple and effective.  Timers were set for the cleaning and alodining dips. 

After the parts dried we removed the wires and the parts were ready to assemble!
