Determining that the top cowl needs to be trimmed down to fit but the factory doesn't have a jig for the highway yet

Trying the bottom cowl for it

Wings coming back off… Still need A topcoat from paint and the fuselage needs to be painted


Filling the 3-D printed headset hook With body filler to smooth it out before paint

Had to remove the panel in the dash to complete some composite work on the dash

Working on the new rubber lines for the booster pump

concerned that the boost pump shakes and might compromise the aluminum fuel lines, replace them with rubber. This is a pump that would be used to get things started and in case of emergency as gravity feed will be the way primary method

Sanding down the headset hooks

putting in the airbox - 4 pulled rivits - hoses will attach on both sides

put a standoff and edge protection to keep the rubber lines safe




attaching the headset hooks to the internal panels with 4 mil screws and rivnuts
