BCW swing arm
Team Sling: Ray,Nick, Mark and Derek.
Bullt the BCW Swing Arm- many parts and a tight fit. RP was able the re-jig the mechanism fit perfectly. NS provided the special low torque tool ( many thanks)
Assembled the swing Arm onto the Elevator - difficult process with specific riveting sequence.Drilled out the missing holes in Center channel. Partly riveted the skin leaving the bottom section for the new trim tab ( still to be collected)
later in day DM and MM discovered that the 3 gusset plates had been unriveted and pieces slipped into wing. Recovered the pieces and replaced on bottom with clecos ( this was to prove a costly error to rectify)
