Rotisserie

To make welding easier I need to be able to get underneath. I am working in a tight space also so I have been contemplating how I was going to create something that would not only fit the environment but achieve the desired results. other builders have used engine stands and while I like this idea, they are two big and come at a cost. I decided to create something that is similar while keeping it slim. I used 40mm SHS and steel pipe, I attached to the firewall with angle and to the tail post with angle and hose clamps. a single 10mm bold locks the aircraft in the desired position. I can rotate completely inverted up to the point the tail post touches the bottom leg. I was unable to go hire due to the shed wall frame that would have pushed it out the door, and I was also able to use the corrugations in the shed wall to insert my rotisserie to gain space. the height was the sacrifice.
