Empennage Inventory follow up with Vans

I called Vans with a couple questions about my empennage inventory. Turns out everything was OK with it. I learned that rivets are given in decimals of a pound in the packing list and not actual numbers of rivets. So 0.130 rivets equates to an approximate # of rivets based on 0.130 lbs. Its not 130 rivets.
