Skin Prep And Started Dimpling

Today was another tedious part prep day. First I #40 dimpled all the nose and inspar ribs with the squeezer. Then dug out both large stab skins and spent hours deburring the edges and the many skin holes. My new edge bit for my deburring tool sped things up but it took a lot of elbow grease and 160 grit sandpaper to thoroughly remove all the tool marks along the edges of the skins. The interior skins holes were in good shape but the exterior sides of the holes needed lot of attention with my cordless screwdriver and rotary deburring bit. I finished off the holes by running a Scotchbrite pad over them. Lastly I started the dimpling process on the skins with my C-frame. It's going to take a while to get through all those holes. I'll need my bride to assist with the line of holes closest to the front by holding the skin clear so I can get my hammer on the C-frame.
