Bulkhead Prep

Back in the shop after a few days off for Christmas. Santa was good to me as I received both Vans and Aircraft Tool Supply gift certificates. I think my next tool is going to be a torque screwdriver. Got all remaining items done on my To-Do list. With my new, larger torque wrench I was able to final torque four AN6 bolts to 200 in/lbs. This figure took into account the approx. 20 in/lbs. of friction torque on the AN365 nut. I also did some reorganization of the tools on my shop wall peg board to make it a little more user friendly. From there I moved on to Section 30, Aft Fuselage Attachment. This started with deburring 3 bulkheads prior to the installation of multiple nutplates and dimpling.
