Nutplates and Insurance

I decided to buy builders insurance today. I've got enough money and time invested in the kit that I felt it was time for additional protection in the event something catastrophic were to happen. I went through USAA which carries my homeowners insurance. They connected me with Falcon Insurance which set me up with a builders policy. They are the same company that EAA uses. For now I have $50,000 of coverage for $300/year. I'll add coverage once big ticket items like my engine, prop and avionics show up. I also continued riveting the floors. Finished most of the rivets and now working on the 40 nutplates that need attaching. My hand squeezer proved to be the best tool for that job.
