Canopy Side Rails to Forward Assembly
Fabricated the dual exterior canopy handles from a piece of aluminum angle. Match drilled the outer skins onto the side rails and got the handle mounting holes drilled. Clecoed both side rails to the forward section for a fit check and to match drill all the #40 holes. It all went together pretty easily. Then riveted up the canopy handle assembly that attaches overhead behind your head to help raise and lower the canopy from inside on the gas struts.
