Moving Through Wing Sub-Systems
I'm continuing to move methodically through all the wing sub-systems finishing up all the loose ends. This includes connections for the GMU-22 magnetometer and GTP-59 outside air temperature probe in the left wing. And the roll trim servo and autopilot roll servo mounted in the right wing.

Preparing the Dsub pins for insertion in the connector. Getting all the pins in the correct positions is critical.

The finished connector and harness for the magnetometer ready to go.

I used an Adel clamp to secure the bulky connector to an adjacent rib.

The outside air temperature probe secured on the bottom of the left wing. The cable coming from it goes all the way to the panel.

Prepping the roll trim servo for its connector. A specialty crimping tool is used. The micro Molex pins and connectors are hard to work with without magnifying glasses. The pins are tiny.

Finished Molex connector. Placement of the 5 wires in the right holes is critical.

Moving on to the rat's nest of wires for the Garmin autopilot roll servo.

Finished connector and harness for the roll servo in the right wing.

The Garmin GMU-22 magnetometer is mounted in the left wing.
