Day 244

We worked on a number of connections today.

1.) Wing root fuel line fittings.

2.) Wiring and mounting of fuel pressure sensor.

3.) Coolant overflow hose connection.

4.) Applied sealant and tightened the fuel line fittings firewall Forward.

5.) Installed battery and riveted on battery strap.

6.) Installed throttle cable. We had to trim the end of the sheath so that the cable would not bend at too sharp of an angle. We then tightened the bolts that hold the sheath to the support. Then threaded the cable through the sheath and end bolt and tightened that as well.

7.) The big installation for today was the turbocharger air cooler. We glued and riveted on the shroud, hooked up all lines and wires, tightened all clamps, and mounted the cooler to the engine mount.
