Firewall and Fuselage Skin Installation, Trimming, and Match Drilling

Installed the bottom skin around the firewall and fuselage area, trimming the sheet metal for proper fit and alignment. Match drilled the assembled components and secured the skins with clecos to maintain alignment. Installed the upper skin section over the firewall and cabin skin area, drilling the internal attachment locations as shown in the plans.
