Air Inlet - Pt 2

I began my attempt to make a mold out of foam to shape the inlet area. I was not too successful with my first attempts, partly due to the high temperatures of the Arizona summer. I was having a hard time applying enough glue to the foam to stick before it would cure in the high heat.

As I was getting ready to ship out my engine for overhaul, I simply cut the opening of the air inlet making sure I matched the angle of the fuel servo/air filter box.

I'll come back to this part of the project after the weather cools down a little bit.
