Fluting, deburring, sanding, primer desaster
broke edges, deburring and fluting of ribs and spars. Clecoed it all together - fits.
Primed hinges and spar doubler to find that - for some reason - primer did not stick on hinges. Worked OK on the spar doubler. Probably has something to do with thikness of coat and the conditions (hot and humid) even though I checked and humidity and temp were within limits.
Cleand the hinges off. Will use the 'dipping' method for the stainless steel rivets instead.
