Log: Surface Prep for Vert Stab and Rudder

Spent longer than I expected on surface prep. This time I used scotchbrite pads dipped in the alumiprep and alodine to apply the chemicals and I think that only worked ok. In the future I would definitely submerse them though I have decided to prime with AKXO Epoxy so maybe surface prep will just boil down to roughing up the surface and cleaning with acetone.
