Log: Vert Stab - Redid spar doubler and took care of VS-1015

Replaced the VS Spar Doubler

Wound up getting back to replacing the spar doubler that I had messed up and also took care of the VS-1015 piece that had been missing from the kit. The Alodine 1201 and Alumiprep 33 also arrived today so I will likely treat the vert stab and the rudder this weekend.
