Full test cleco of horiz stabiliser
The skin was clecoed on starting at the rear spar channel, not at the nose as recommended by TAF. Everything fit together except for a doubler bracket which was found to be bent about 2-3mm from its proper position.
It was found that some of the nose tabs should be bent out slightly to make contact with the skin - this was done.
Note starting from the nose could be responsible for some rippling.
