Horizontal stabiliser hinge bracket 3 bend adjustment

Hinge bracket 3 was off by ~10 degrees from a right angle, causing the gap to close considerably with its mate. Rather than stress the spar channel when the elevator bearing is inserted, I deriveted. Used a jig to adjust the bend to 90 degrees, but destroyed the alodine coating doing so. I scrubbed and etched, and primed with EkoPrime, then re-attached.
