Riveting of VS rear spar structure

After discussion with TAF, decided to follow the Tsi M4 rivnut pattern: the bottom 2 rivnuts on each side pass through VS-ANG-001 only, not VS-ANG-001 and VS-CHL-001 as with the current (v1.8 and all previous) Sling 2 plans.
