Consideration of restoring pocket hole in main spar rib1 hole pattern

One of the rib 1 holes in the main spar is missing the required pocket behind the web. I am considering whether to unbolt the spars, form this pocket (about 1/4" diameter) in the interior web layers, then re-bolt.
