Second re-manufacture of rib 8 bottom skin attachment angles

When remanufacturing the rib 8 bottom skin attachment angles, I did not quite follow the bend radius rule (>2.5x thickness), and I also folded along the grain. I decided to remanufacture, also folding across the grain. Fortunately I kept all my original step forming jig.

The bend radius rule has been followed now for all of bottom skin attachment brackets, for ribs 4, 6, 8, and 9. Given this it does not matter what the grain orientation is. However for the record for all of these other ribs the fold is along the grain.
