Prepare/prime new ribs 12

I was originally supplied with rev 2 ribs 12 which had 4mm holes along the top flange. I would have been obliged to upsize the holes on skins 3 and 4. Given the hole centre to skin edge distance is already small, I wanted to avoid this. TAF indicated it was ok to do this, but at the same time the rev 3 ribs 12 have returned to 3.2mm holes. So I decided to purchase new ribs 12.

Prepared as usual, with corner rounding of tabs
