Complete left and right landing/taxi light structures
The left and right landing light internals were rivetted and rivnuts inserted. Use was made of the repurposed light mounts serving as doublers to provide a thicker aluminium layer for the M4 rivnuts to bit into. JB-weld was used on the rivnuts for a hopefully better bond - although these rivnuts are not placed under much torque at all as later realised. The rivnut holes were enlarged to size using a size A (15/64") chuck reamer - for a snug fit.
