Wing fuel tanks part 2 - first sealing, stringers and drainage port
The following photos tell all. However I noticed the sealed 3mm x 8mm rivets easily set at a slight angle unless careful attention is paid. The next day about 7 rivets in the left skin and 3 rivets in the right skin were extracted and re-sealed.

Air-pressure driven dispenser - worth the outlay particularly after an hour or two as the sealant begins to thicken

After clecoing. For one of the skins this excess material was smeared back over the rivet tails and the other side pressed into a fillet

The result is a bit messy looking

but looks fine after the masking is removed

The second skin was done with a different approach - the beads were thinner with less squeeze out but each rivet tail was topped off with a blob
