Cable tie holes in rear fuselage stringers

Longeron 401 already had 3.2mm holes for the frontmost 1 meter or so. These holes were extremely close to the metal edge. I recentred and enlarged these holes to 4.1mm away from the edge. I added additional tie holes, with roughly the same interval as these original holes, along nearly the entire length of longerons 401 and 501. I shifted some holes to avoid ribs, as well as omitting some tie holes in longeron 501 in the vicinity of the custom upper step mount nut-plates. In this area any cables should be kept clear of the nutplates, by strapping the the lightening holes of the upper step support channel. All new holes are also 4.1mm, permitting the use of the more robust 3.6mm width cable ties. All these holes were also centered 6-7mm from the metal edge, for much better containment of strapped cables.
