Match drill top rail angle CF-ANG-010

The nominally 4mm holes that connect the top side rails CF-ANG-010-L/R-A-0 were in fact 3.2mm and quite imprecisely placed, with errors up to 0.5mm relative to the holes in the top longerons 301/2. I used the RF-ANG-004-L/R-A-3 and the matching of the side holes to these longerons to quite precisely recentre and match ream to the longeron top holes. This was a "blind" process. Only in one or two instances was any noticeable elongation in the longeron holes created, and any noticeable elongation left in the side rail holes. 4mm rivets can still be used.
