Remanufactured front inside skin mounting angle CF-ANG-004
The supplied CF-ANG-004 were a mess. Builder Pascal Latten drew my attention to this - he had the same issue. On one side the flange holes mismatch the side skin, on the other side the flange holes mismatch the top side rail holes. Also, some holes in this admittedly very thin 0.4mm part are cut right through the middle.
I decided to remanufacture, matching off the skin and top side rails, etc

Mismatching holes on one side.

Original parts (top) and remanufactured (bottom)

Slight additional trimming so flange does ont overhang edge of inner side skin

I chose the bend angle to create a smooth inner skin surface

Primed, with dimple at end hole

Assembled onto inside front skin

Countersunk end rivet
