Remanufactued side rail joining strip CF-PLT-005

The supplied side rail joining strip CF-PLT-005 has holes that mismatch the stengthening angle CF-ANG-010 and/or side skin support angle CF-ANG-025 by up to 1mm in locations. I have remanufactured these items from 2.4mm 6061-T6 with match drilled holes. I have also widened and consdierably lengthened these parts so as to provide a roughly equal number of rivet connections to each of the abovementioned parts. I have also chamfered and shaped the edge so as to sit as snugly as possible into the inside folds of each of these parts, providing the maximum strength.

Some of the holes in the CF-ANG-025 associated with the CF-PLT-005 were undersized (3.2mm compared to the 4mm skin holes) and slightly out of position. These were match-drilled to the skin as much as possible (only slight elongation - 0.2mm or so - of the CF-ANG-025 holes evident in places) and then these set the position of the holes in the remanufactured joining plate. One of the 3.2mm holes forward of this in the skin was also upsized to 4mm.
