Remanufactured strengthening gussets CF-GUS-001

I was not going to do this, but I noticed the hole matchup between the front spar carrythough angle, the side skin and the CF-GUS-001 was not that good - off by about 0.4mm. I was inclined to remanufacture two of these parts - the rest fit well. But then there is the 2mm hole edge to edge distance, no good reason for that.

Using a limited amount of 1.6mm 6061-T6 I decided at length to remake the lot, increasing the amount of edge material to a reasonable level. I was also able to match drill to fit the front spar angle/skin holes as above.
