Interior colour assessment
I plan to use Stewart Aircraft Systems "battleship gray" in EkoCrylic, one of the standard colours. This grey differs from the standard grey interior colour used in Slings, and the colour used to paint the rudder mount assembly, and the handhold. I was wondering whether my choice of topcoat colour would clash with the upholstery colour. I came to the conclusion that my colour choice fit the upholstery colour scheme better than the standard grey. So what I may do is strip the handhold, and maybe even the rudder pedal assembly and repaint. Photos are all taken in late afternoon direct sunlight

The (now disused) bottom skin has an area coated in "battleship grey", albeit somewhat roughed. The handhold in standard sling grey is visible, as is my delivered upholstery colour
