These tabs were actually folded down. Owing to the large RoC and the fact that the original bends were 2mm out of position made it possible to flatten out and rebend correctly.

Mismatch with the LH gusset hole, so upsized to 4.8mm so as to get a moderately good alignment between all layers. The tail expansion will mop up the residual elongation here

Only some cleaning at the 0.1mm level needed in this area
