Split teflon rods for parachute standoff

If I did this again I would have probably used nylon rod, cheaper and possibly lighter. Teflon at least is fire resistant

Wodden jig with 20mm slot to snugly hold the 20mm teflon rod

Small nails hold the rod firmly in position and prevent rotation
