Torquing and riveting elevator hinge

AN3 bolts were torqued to 3.3 Nm (29 lb-in). After discussion, it was thought acceptable to use the AN3 nylock nut, even though they had been placed and removed from the bolts twice previously, but no torqued. These nuts will be striped and loosening will be a maintenance item.

4mm x 14mm 304 stainless stell rivets were placed with a hand tool in the middle holes, with plenty of evident bite into the hinge metal.
