Adjust tip of RH Ribs 2 and 3
The tip of the right hand Rib 3 was a bit thick, and caused a noticeable bump on the skin when trial - fitted. The tip was partially folded out and then refolded with a creasing tool, reducing the tip thickness from 8mm to 6.5mm. Similarly the rib 2 tip was a bit thin - 5mm - causing a noticeable pinch in the skin. This was increased to 6.5mm in the same way. Both these ribs terminate the same distance from the trailing folded edge of the skin, justifying imposing the same thickness dimension on the trailing tips of the ribs. The tips were re-primed where the original priming was damaged. A trial RH skin fit was done - a much better fit was observed, though there is a need to control curling up or down of the skin trailing edge with a strategic placement order of the clecos.
The match between the corresponding left and right hand rib thickness.dimension was found to be good (within 0.5mm) along that portion of the ribs that was common to both sides (the left hand ribs are truncated) - about 20.5mm at the truncated tip position
